Für 2021 wurden einige neue Initiativen hinzugefügt, darunter ein einwöchiges Arbeitspraktikum bei den Alfred Dunhill Links Championships, und verhandelt derzeit mit John Deere über einige zusätzliche Leistungen, die in das 6-monatige Programm integriert werden sollen. Außerdem wird das Programm erweitert, damit auch ein Techniker als Teil des Programms teilnehmen kann.

Dear FEGGA Members,

Despite the challenges this past year, we were able to run our FEGGA Greenkeeper Scholarship programme hosted by Kristianstad’s Golf Club. Six Students participated and benefited from this programme, and its rewarding to know that we have through the programme assisted them with their future career development.

We are all set to run this programme for a second year during 2021, and hope that that life will return to a normal that will allow us fully to implement our education programme as planned.

For 2021, we have added some new initiatives, including a weeklong working experience at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championships, along with currently discussing with John Deere some additional benefits that will be incorporated into the 6-month long programme. We are also expanding the programme to allow a technician to participate as part of the programme too.

I have attached the brochure, and asked that you share this with your members, allowing them to see this valuable opportunity offered by FEGGA in partnership with Kristianstad’s Golf Club and the Sportsturf Maintenance Company.
